Please join us by attending the SouthEast HealthChoices Advisory Committee Meeting. The SouthEast Meeting covers information and updates for the following counties: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. The meeting is only being hosted by teleconference.

The HealthChoices Advisory Committee Meetings are sponsored by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and co-facilitated by the Pennsylvania Enrollment Assistance Program (PA EAP).
