Please join us by attending the April Lehigh Capital HealthChoices Advisory Committee Meeting. The Lehigh Capital Meeting covers information and updates for the following counties: Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Lancaster, Lebanon, Lehigh, Northampton, Perry and York counties. The April meeting is only being hosted by teleconference.

The HealthChoices Advisory Committee Meetings are sponsored by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and co-facilitated by the Pennsylvania Enrollment Assistance Program (PA EAP).

Please note: The April Advisory Committee Meeting will be recorded for the purpose of meeting minutes only. Recordings are posted on the www.enrollnow.net website.
